The Holiday Sample Sale shop, with its large selection of scarves, hats, and gloves has popped-up at 387 N. Euclid, across from Kopperman's and the new Cucina Pazzo. The sample sale's location changes each holiday season, depending on where there is a vacancy in the neighborhood's commercial district. Last year the sample sale was on Maryland Avenue where Starbuck's has since expanded.
According to manager Mark Bush, the merchandise comes from Quagga Accessories based in St. Charles. Interestingly, Quagga's merchandising team lives in the CWE.
The pop-up is stocked with a gazillion hats, bags, & gloves with prices starting at $5. Scarves, designed by Quagga, are $15. Check back often as shelves are restocked daily since merchandise flies out of the shop.
