The Planning and Development Committee of the Central West End Association invites you to attend a presentation from the Opus Group, a Minneapolis-based commercial real estate company. Opus will present their plans for the Heart Association site located at the corner of Euclid Ave. and Lindell Blvd. The new proposal calls for the construction of a twelve-story mixed-use retail and residential complex. Opus will give details on the anticipated design of the building as well as take questions from the audience.
