Looking for dirt therapy?

From Alderman Lyda Krewson:

We planted 15,000 Sunflowers… YAY… 95% of them came up! Tomorrow we need to ‘cull’ the crop a bit.  We took down the strings this week because they are getting so big. (see pix). Even if you only have an hour, we would appreciate your help.   

 

Bring a small shovel – take home plants to transplant into your yard or maybe along your alley.   

 

We are also going to do some cleanup.  It’s HOT so come early if you can… 7:30- 10:30+/-.
