Photographed at the ribbon cutting for Selkirk's Auctioneers & Appraisers inaugural auction are proprietors Amelia (second from left, front) and Jeff Jeffers (3rd from left second row). The couple's 4 children (also shown in photograph) travelled with the Ohio couple to help with set up and online bidding the following day, Friday, July 31.
Others in the photograph are staff members including Bryan Laughlin and Shane David Hall, (2nd row left).

As of this morning, the windows of Selkirk Auctioneers & Appraisers at 4739 McPherson remain covered, but not for long. Inside the newly-renovated space, the Selkirk staff is putting finishing touches on the inaugural auction which takes place next week. Previews begin this Sunday, July 26, and continue through Thursday, July 30. The first auction item will go off on Friday, July 31, at 11 a.m. (Here is my post on the new Selkirk).
