In reaching out to the community, Park Central has several free services, as part of our Stay-In-Place Programming, we would like to bring to your attention: Rental/Mortgage Assistance, Lawn Mowing Services, Minor Exterior Home Repair, Emergency Utilities Assistance, and Security Deposit Program. Rental/Mortgage Assistance for COVID-19 Impacted Families
Do you or someone you know need help with your rent of mortgage? If so, funding is available for our seniors and families recently impacted by COVID-19. To qualify, proof of household income, COVID impact, and residency are required.
Additionally, residents must live within the city of St Louis. However, our priority neighborhoods are Academy/Sherman Park, Botanical Heights, Central West End, Forest Park Southeast, Fountain Park/Lewis Place, Tiffany, Vandeventer and West End.

FREE Lawn Mowing Services for Seniors (seniors 60+)
Seniors 60+ in our service area may qualify for our summer-long lawn mowing services.

Minor Exterior Home Repair (seniors 60+)
If you are over 60, you may qualify for our free program to beautify the outside of your home. This program includes services such as gutter and fence rapair, tree pruning or removal, bi-weekly lawn care, snow removal (during winter months), and much more!

Emergency Utilities Assistance
Our Emergency Utilities Assistance program provides financial support for families or individuals who have an overdue or disconnect notice for one of their utility accounts.

Security Deposit Program
Through our new Security Deposit Program, Park Central Development is able to help low-income families pay first months rent for those hoping to stay in or looking to move into our service neighborhoods.
