Following the conclusion of the costume contest, D.J. Brandon Reid took center stage and kept the party going until midnight.
Participants from across the region who gathered at the intersection of Maryland & Euclid to celebrate Halloween 2022 would surely agree that it was another great night in the long history of the event.
