The latest ribbon cutting signals more good news for the corner of Euclid and McPherson and beyond.

Monday, September 22’s ribbon cutting took place at Stacked Burger Bar, which officially opened last Friday. Photographed above are proprietors Laura and Matt Windish, and business partner Sam Siebenman, along with 9th Ward Alderman Michael Browning, far right.

Neighborhood business owners and associates who joined in the celebration were from left, Maryland Plaza’s Nathan Ambus, CWE Yoga’s Constance Lambdin, Rothschild STL’s Scott Sturdevant, the Windishes, Sam Siebenman, Alderman Browning, and Becki Murabito and Tres Johnson, proprietors of Drips Botanical Elements, which will open October 1 at 387 N. Euclid.
Windish said: “We have been pleased by the number of people who have come in, and look forward to offering outdoor seating as soon as the permit is issued, hopefully next week.”
Stacked Burger Bar, 400 N. Euclid, Open Wednesday to Monday, 11 to 10 p.m., Tuesday, 4 to 10 p.m. The bar is open until 11 p.m.
Mainlander, below

The long-anticipated opening of Mainlander Supper Club at 392 N. Euclid, will take place on Thursday, October 2. The Jujube Inn, a bar within the space will offer “Tidbits & Tipples” (no reservations, no tipping) and is scheduled to open October 15.
From the website: “Mainlander is an intimate, reservation-only restaurant that serves a pre-fixe family-style menu nightly featuring Midwestern American fare with a mid-century American flair. A completely new menu is featured each month. Supper is all-inclusive with the option to add a drink pairing. And, Mainlander is service charge and gratuity free!”
