Jim Whyte, Executive Director of the CWE's Neighborhood Security Initiative, sent notice of a benefit at the 10th Street Gallery, 419 N. 10th St., tomorrow evening for 4th graders at Koch Elementary in the Riverview Gardens District. One of the organizers of the event is Lt. Dan Zarrick, who is a regular on the bike patrols in the CWE.
