CWE Ideas invites you to join us for the first installment of Radiophiles: A Podcast Club. We’re excited to launch this community-organized assembly devoted to podcast education and exploration.

The price of admission for this special event is the purchase of a drink at Pagan to thank Ed King for donating the space for the event.

Those of open ears and open minds come together to dissect, devour and discuss new ideas inspired by monthly podcast selections. We will broach an array of topics and genres from the vast selection of exceptional programming provided by this booming toast to traditional radio story-telling.

What: For our first gathering we will discuss the recently launched “S-Town” podcast series. “S-Town” comes from the team behind Serial and This American Life. The NYTimes says, “”S-Town” transcends the podcast procedural with a destabilizing narrative structure in which one small-town mystery leads to another…You should probably start listening now before somebody spoils the twist. ”
