The last CWE Flea of 2014 takes place Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 449 N. Euclid. The forecast calls for a very chilly morning so, we'll have plenty of coffee from Pi thanks to the generosity of co-owner Frank Ubile. I've saved some photographs and a video, above, from the October 4 Flea to share with you hoping you'll be prompted to stop by and visit Saturday.
A Tiny Moth's proprietor Adrienne Ballew (not photographed) will be back with her vintage clothing, crocheted scarves, soaps and jewelry.
Many CWE neighbors stopped by last time including Brian Belobradic, above, and Francoise & Francois Oliviers, below.
28th Ward Alderman Lyda Krewson, far right, visited with Mary Engelbreit (in red coat), Sally & George Nickolajevich, and Jim Dwyer. Also in the group, though not pictured, are Mary's husband, Phil Delano & Eric Mink.
5th District beat officer Tim Kavanaugh stopped by to chat with Isabelle, who sells fresh bread, olive oil, and pesto from Parker's Table vintage truck.
Lisa Thompson's vintage coats (MC: 67) were best sellers, above. She'll be there with more Saturday.
Beth Styles (not pictured) whose vintage clothing shop, Parsimonia, is located on South Grand, travels to the Flea in a vintage trailer. Look for her parked on Euclid again this Saturday, above.
